Founded by a former roofer with decades of hands-on experience, EcoFasten Solar is the company that was born to bridge the gap between the people who design the solar arrays and the people who install them.

EcoFasten Solar roof mounts and components utilize the same patented watertight compression technology that has been used by its Sister company, Alpine SnowGuards, in the rooftop mounted snow retention industry since the mid-1990’s. This simple, yet secure technology creates an impermeable moisture barrier under even the most extreme conditions.

DESIGN PROCESS
By identifying customer needs and voids in the marketplace, the EcoFasten Solar Product Development and Engineering teams utilize advanced engineering techniques in order to manufacture easy to install solar roof mounts that make sense.

TESTING INFORMATION
All products are rigorously tested in-house to ensure top-notch workmanship that is compliant with, and meets or exceeds industry standards and best practices. Products are also beta tested in the field, which provides valuable feedback and additional industry insight. Lastly, products are sent to 3rd party testing facilities where several performance modes are implemented to guarantee overall success of the products design and technical development. Testing protocols include allowable load limits, maximum pullout weights, shear, and rain testing to ensure every product is impermeable to water infiltration.

The extensive EcoFasten Solar line is comprised of a series of product systems characterized by roof type application. Each system can be paired with a wide variety of bracket options, allowing installers to attach EcoFasten Solar roof mounts to almost any racking option.

Rock-It Inverter Clip

The Stainless Steel Rock-It Inverter Clip bonds the solar module frame to micro inverters and power optimizers and is compliant with UL2703:2015 First Edition.

Rock-It System 2.0

Conforming to UL 2703 First Edition, Rock-It System 2.0 is our newest rail-free solar roof mount solution.
Like our original Rock-It System, the unique top-down leveling feature allows the installer to level the array during or after the install.
Rock-It System 2.0 employs a streamlined design for a lightweight, durable system, utilizes North-South adjustability and provides an extremely fast, easy, no-hassle installation.
Rock-It System 2.0 was designed for installation on new or existing (retrofit) composition shingle and tile roofs.

Conduit Mount-Tile

The Tile Conduit Mount can be used on all profiles of tile, and can be installed on new or retrofit installations. The system was designed to lift electrical conduit up and off the roof, preventing the wiring from overheating. Conduit Clamp not included.

SIM-Support

CORRUGATED METAL ROOFING Our Simple Seal bracket with center lift utilizes 2 of our patented watertight Simple Seal bushings, and was engineered to be used on metal corrugated roofing, with fastener spacing that allows for two fasteners per metal purlin. Measures 3″ L x 1″ W x 1 23/50″ H (including 3/8″ – 16 Stud).

SimpleGrip-SQ

LOW-SLOPE OR FLAT ROOFING The SimpleGrip-SQ System is a solar roof mount, engineered and manufactured specifically for use on low-slope/flat roofs. The SimpleGrip System can be customized with different EcoFasten Solar attachment bracket options, providing a customized solution for most low slope roof applications.

SimpleGrip is designed to be attached to new or existing (retrofit) roofs.

Rock-It System

COMPOSITION SHINGLE OR TILE ROOFING Rock-It System is our all new rail-free solar roof mount solution that conforms to UL Subject 2703. The system has been certified to the UL1703 / UL 2703 Fire Certification standards, and holds a Class A designation when used with Type 1, listed PV modules.

Top-down leveling allows the installer the freedom to level during and/or after project completion, while the North-South adjustability of up to 4″ provides an extremely fast, easy, no-hassle installation.

Rock-It System was designed for installation on new or existing (retrofit) composition shingle roofs.

CorruSilde

CORRUGATED METAL ROOFING Universal design works as a hinge to fit all profiles. North-South adjustment allows for ease of installation, and 5 fastener points ensure optimal strength. Pre-applied gasket tape prevents leaks. Attaches to the side of the ribs, not in the valley, where water flows and moisture accumulates. Ideal for both commercial and residential applications, with a strong pullout value. See it in action as seen at Intersolar 2014.

Tile Flashing System

FLAT, W or S TILE ROOFING Flashing replaces one complete tile, and has been extensively tested for pullout and shear. Attaches to the roof deck with as little as 2 lag bolts. Multiple fastener holes in the system’s base plate allow for attachment into the rafter, regardless of the flashing alignment. Available in profiles for flat, W or S tile roofing applications. As with all of our products, the Tile Flashing System meets or exceeds all roofing industry best practices, and was engineered to be rugged, versatile, simple and secure. Made in the USA.

ASG-U Clamps

STANDING SEAM ROOFING ASG-U clamps, manufactured by sister company Alpine SnowGuards®, are efficient solar roof mount attachment options for any metal standing seam roof. Installation of the ASG-U clamps will not pierce the roofing material. ASG-U clamps are available in configurations for both vertical (double-lock) and horizontal (single lock) standing seams.

Eco-44R-NDD

SIPS PANELS The Eco-44R-NDD is the perfect solution when installing solar roof mounts on Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs). The base plate of the Eco-44R-NDD system requires 8 fasteners, allowing the system to be installed directly to the roof deck without engaging a rafter. ECO-44R-NDD can be used on new or existing (retrofit) roofs.

Conduit Mount Bracket

COMPOSITION SHINGLE OR METAL ROOFING The Conduit Mount Bracket utilizes EcoFasten Solar's patented watertight technology. It is embossed with a patented cone shape countersink and can be used as a watertight solution on a variety of roof types. The Conduit Mount Bracket can be used with GreenFasten™ GF1 flashing on a new or retrofit composition shingle roof, or with a Simple Seal bushing for use on metal roofing. The bracket is raised to lift electrical conduit off the roof, preventing the wiring from overheating. Conduit Clamp not included.

METAL ROOFING The Simple Seal bracket system is designed to be installed on most through fastened new or existing (retrofit) metal roofs for solar panel applications, and is accepted by most major roofing material manufacturers without voiding warranties. The Simple Seal system features a patented, watertight seal compatible with a variety of bracket options.

QuikFoot

SHINGLE OR SLATE ROOFING The QuikFoot system is designed to be installed on most shingle roofs for new or existing (retrofit) solar panel applications, and is accepted by most major roofing material manufacturers without voiding warranties. The QuikFoot system features a patented, watertight seal with two fastener holes provided. Both fasteners (self-drilling #15) must engage the rafter. The installer does not need to cut open the roof to properly install this bracket and can retrofit without removing shingles.

GreenFasten™ GF1

LOW SLOPE ROOFING The Eco-65 system is designed to be installed with all known flat roofing materials regardless of the roofing substrate or insulation thickness for new or existing (retrofit) solar panel applications, and is accepted by most major roofing material manufacturers without voiding warranties.
